Your device remembers three choices in local storage: language, country and text size. Clear your browser data to remove them.
The “Is it a scam?” answers never leave your device.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic details of each page you open, so that it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
To pick your language and helplines, our server reads the country your connection comes from (a two-letter code, for example FR). We do not store your IP address or that country.
We do both because we have a legitimate interest in running the site safely and showing you the right helplines.

If you use the “Contact us” form, we receive your message by email, with the site’s language and, if you give them, your name and email address. Nothing is stored on this website.
We use them only to reply to you and to improve the site. We never publish them.
The email is delivered by Resend, an email delivery service. The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser without a puzzle and without tracking you for advertising. It loads only on the contact page.
We do this because we have a legitimate interest in answering messages, keeping the site accurate and keeping spam out.
We keep messages only as long as we need to answer and follow up, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you.
Please do not send passwords, bank details or other private information we do not need.

Cloudflare and Resend are based in the United States, so your information may be handled there. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as protecting personal data to EU standards.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere. Use the “Contact us” form, and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
